You will be accompanied by our Team during the entire facilitation. This will lead to the fast track passage through all the airport formalities before boarding the bus .

VIP TRANSIT & CONNECTION ASSISTANCE You will be met and greeted at the arrival gate and be assisted through the airport to the luggage custom area where you will be met by our porter who will handle the bags. You will be expedited through a security and other checkpoints and accompanied to a lounge (when necessarily) When the flight is ready for boarding you will be guided through to the final gate.

VIP DEPARTURE ASSISTANCE You will be Met and greeted by our TEAM at the packing space and will be assisted with your luggage to the airline's front desk. You will be expedited through all the security checkpoints before accompanied to a lounge (when necessarily). When the plane is ready for boarding our team again will return to the lounge and take you to the departure final gate.

Last Minute Assistance Bookings Information For Assistance services that are requested within less than 48 hours prior to depart or Arrival we will give a provisional confirmation, pending our affiliate confirming to us that they do have staff team available and can get Airport control approvals in time. Almost always we are able to arrange last minute services. In the rare circumstances where we cannot provide, we will tell you right away and will make a full and immediately refund of your payment.

SHORT NOTICE CHARGE At any of the Africa airports we may need to add a short notice surcharge of US$ 100.Particularly when we have to bring extra staff at short very short notice. We will send a request for a late booking fee by email after you complete your booking.Please note that a short notice surcharge at any Airport will be 100 USD per passenger for arrival o departure VIP SERVICES.
